Ahaha! So.. Today, as usual. I went for SKY band to have look at their practice... And help out alittle here and there. Hmm.. It seems like the only person i really helped was only nathanael. The others didnt seem to be bothered about what I said.. Oh well.. 1 is better than none.. Lol. Well that was during sectionals..
Then After that. While the band was having combine practice, I went into the band room and was having a chat with Mdm Dewi. She was talking about how to School's F&N teachers were like when she came and didn understand why they were taught that way. So she had to change to teaching methods to make people like F&N more and she was the one that pulled the F&N grades for O and N lvls up for afew years!
Despite all this, once there was a slight drop OR the results are just alittle below national level even though it rose from 33% - 66% passes, she was still reprimanded by Mr Leong by saying that her students not producing results. WTH?! It rose 100% already leh! What else you wan?! Stupid sia. And she also said that Mr Leong was the reason that many of the good teachers in SKSS left. Main reason was because Mr Leong doesnt praise people. He just wants results. So many teachers left...
She also said that, for girls guides. They have gotten president awards for 5 years in a row under Mdm zurina and for 1 year they didnt get it, she got reprimanded by him also.. Its just so unfair.. I wish i could do something la.. But Mdm Dewi did say to Mr Leong that he is a bully.. LOL. Then he said, "Dewi, Watch what you say to me.". But Mdm Dewi dun care, cause he has no evidence. Lmao.
Also she said that, that time when the band went to Korea. She didnt go was also because of Mr Leong. Why? Because, She had recieved an acceptance by St Margrets Sec for her to teach there. So she asked Mr Leong if she could transfer. Then Mr Leong wasnt happy and denied her from changing for no particular reason. Then as she was leaving the office, Mr Leong said that she could not go for the korea trip because he thinks that she was too stress and not mentally stable and they need teachers with more stable mind.. Wah when she told me that ar, I really wan to punch Mr Leong sia. Dam insulting la! And he still give her a form class after that. Say her unstable still can give form class. He good la he...
Ok. After that she left at about 6+ as her shift ended. So, I went out and continue to listen to the band. Then they ended at 8. Then had a short rehersal on how they should walk onto the stage during the actual SYF day. Quite good. They where lifting up instruments properly and all.. Just hope that during the actual day nth happens. If it all goes well, I am sure they might maintain a Silver if not hopefully a gold. Lols. Just having high hopes in them cause Mdm Yeo spend alot on them this year. So they better not let her down. If not later Mr Leong sure go say her one...
